We pride ourselves in offering exceptional customer service that will bring joy and satisfaction to you.

Akross accepts all returns postmarked within 30days of the original shipment date sent by us, for a refund. Items returned must be in new/unused condition with its original manufacturer box, packaging, tags and all other original accessories. Akross does not sell used items, so we do not accept used/worn items. Items not returned in new/unused condition will not be refunded and will be returned to you at your expense. Please do not use the shoe box as the shipping box. Items returned must be returned in a separate shipping box. Returns that are missing original manufacturer box, packaging, tags and all other original accessories will be charged a fee. Please do not place tape, write or place labels on original manufacturer box otherwise a fee will apply. Shipping cost non-refundable.We recommend that a tracking service be used when sending the return.

Rules & Tips for Trying on your Shoes
1. Feet swell over the course of the day, so to ensure a proper fit, we recommend trying your shoe in the afternoon, after a run or workout or at end of the day.

2. Make sure you try your new shoes in the type of socks you'll wear with the shoes. Different socks may alter the fit.

3. Always try on both shoes. Most people have a slight size variance from one foot to the other. Obviously, the larger of the two will dictate which size you buy.

4. Please try your shoes indoors. This method will not only ensure your shoes stay clean until you know they fit, but it'll also help prevent damage from occurring. Some shoes have polished leather soles wearing these shoes on hard, non-carpeted floors (even indoors) could cause scuff marks.

5.There should be approximately ½ inch of space between the end of your longest toe and the end of the toe box, or roughly your thumb width sideways.
